Shane has worked on our 15 year old system several times and quickly found the issue and had it back up and running great. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and loves dogs 😊 We highly recommend Shane and Bay Area Air Conditioning for your cooling needs.

I am uncomfortable posting publicly. But today he did our annual AC service. He also resolved some issues raised by a property inspection in connection with a real estate sale and another issue that was potentially more serious. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable well beyond what I expected. Thank you.

He explained everything to us , how to set up the thermostat ,where to change the filter and how often we need to change it . he also explained everything about the installing of the new air conditioning unit . He went over all the pictures that were taken with us too . My Dad is hard of hearing so he took his time explaining everything to my Dad. What an amazingly good guy . Thank you Malcolm for taking great care of us today and we also want to thank his workers too . They all were amazing . What a great team .

The serviceman was very professional, friendly, and got the assessment completed, got our AC working, and also gave us a future plan. We have been using them with our vacation home for 2 years now and we have always received top notch service for very fair prices. It’s great to know we have a trustworthy and reliable AC service so close by. Thank you Bay Area AC for all you do!!

Pam was very helpful on the phone and was able to get someone out for us that afternoon. Steve was incredibly nice and quickly diagnosed the issue. Best of all he was very honest with us about what we needed! He was prompt in ordering the part and said he'd let us know when it would be in. Very impressed with their service and will definitely be using them in the future!
