  Zeb Watts Septic exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Everyone involved—from the friendly folks answering the phones to the owner himself—was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would to install my complete new system, and their organization and professionalism were evident right away. What really stood out was Zeb’s commitment to customer service. He personally came out the evening before the installation to discuss a few concerns I had about the location of the drain field. He took the time to listen, walk through the options with me, and make adjustments to the plan so everything would work exactly the way it should. Those concerns were addressed quickly and the modifications were made without any issues. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. The service was prompt, the pricing was very fair, and the entire job was completed efficiently without cutting corners. You can tell Zeb and his entire team genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right the first time. If you need septic work done and want someone honest, reliable, and experienced, I highly recommend Zeb Watts Septic. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

  We are beyond pleased with the service we received from Zeb Watts. They not only got us scheduled in an amazing timeline but communicated every step along the way. Teresa was wonderful about calling and updating us with minor changes and Bradley went above and beyond once he arrived. Zeb will be our new go-to for our septic needs.

  Recommend Zeb Watts for septic lift station issues! First I had no idea what replacing one would cost so of course I googled it. Google said high end would run $5k, Zeb Watts did it for $2k in under 3hrs. Dillon, the technician, was very friendly and easy to work with. Very satisfied with their service.

  Bradley came out , he could have told me anything and I would have believed him, but instead he was above and beyond honest! He educated me in septics, pipes and more! Which we never heard of the reason for our problem. But it worked !! He was polite and timely and so helpful. Thank you! I m a hair dresser In tell everyone about ZEPPS!!
