Their salesman, Thomas Mason, came to our house to discuss our needs, which included removing the old generator. He gave us a proposal for a 16kw Generac generator that would satisfy all our requirements, which we accepted. The installers were very professional and polite. They removed to old generator including the wiring and gas lines as they did not meet the current codes. Installing the new gas and electric lines required a lot of digging, but when they were finished the installation looked great. Candace Kellen in the Casey office said we could pay in 2 or 3 installments. All in all, this was a great experience and we highly recommend Casey Electric.
