  The process from the beginning has been a nightmare. The district manager even got involved, not that he was helpful. I'm suppose to receive a call this week to fix the damage of the unit that was delivered in the middle of November. Since communication isn't their strong point, I will see if that even happens. I text the sales manager at the beginning of December telling her I called the financial institute that my loan is through because they didn't show the paperwork was processed. She text back saying she would get on it first thing in the morning. 3 WEEKS LATER she text me and claimed she didn't get a text from me. I sent her the screen shot of the messages (I also had to send her the photo of the damage of the shed because supposedly the driver quit and didn't submit the photos), her reply was I'm not going to argue. Poor service, lack of communication and lying isn't how a business should be ran.

  Super easy experience from start to finish. Very professional sales staff (Maria) made the buying super easy. They were able to work around my timeline and get a timely delivery set up. Delivery driver was courtesy, and very professional. He worked super hard and got my chicken coop right where I wanted. 5 stars all the way around.

  Everything went as planned, the technicians were concerned about the property and the building, set up was satisfactory,, but I was hoping for concrete blocks and not just treated 2 x 4's. I would welcome a new visit to correct that minor problem. 2 x 4's on my sandy soil will sink easily over a short period. PLEASE GET THIS CORRECTED.
