- GPGeorge PerinaOct 28, 20251.0Went to store on the 16th and picked out carpet. My Wife went on the 20th and confirmed choice. Went back and spoke with owner on the 22nd. Set up to measure on the 23rd and no one showed. No call or text. 78 yards of carpet,no small order.

Not only did it take them 4 years to finally replace our defective flooring from their first install, they then damaged the pump housing to my dishwasher while removing the old flooring with an obvious hole knocked out of the plastic pump housing and refused to do anything about it. It also took contacting them multiple times to get someone out to caulk and paint all the quarter round they pulled up while installing the new flooring. They didn’t order the proper thresholds so they had to make some that don’t match after taking a week without any installed. To top off my already horrible experience with them, when I mentioned the hole in my dishwasher pump housing the owner told me it was my problem to deal with and that’s why he didn’t even want to come back to my house to finish his work was because I was trying to hold them accountable for damaging my dishwasher while installing my flooring. I couldn’t believe this response and told him that it was unacceptable. He then got in my face like he was going to hit me when I had to tell him to just remove himself from my property and I’ll be glad to let everyone know how they treat disabled people while making sure anyone I know never has to do business with a company that treats its customers this way on top of doing mediocre work at best. Stay away at all costs.

They pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and producing quality work. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone that will listen. I promise you will not be disappointed! Just ordered flooring from them all the way from Orlando because Amber has an eye for what we needed and made the overwhelming experience of remodeling smooth and seamless! Go see them!!!!
