The house plans were given by us and our contractor. Carpet installation date was given but another no-show. Finally, when the installer shows up, he feels something is wrong. The owner ordered the wrong size of carpet. We cancelled the entire order. Perfect example of poor time management and customer service.

My husband called at least a half dozen times trying to just get a quote. We were told on at least three occasions that someone would call us. We were also given potential dates when someone might be available after they finished the job they were working. No one ever called. They never scheduled a specific date or time to come give us a quote despite us repeatedly calling and inquiring. If you're too busy, fine. Just say that. Didn't keep dragging people along.
