I am very pleased with the choice that I made to go with Art Plumbing air conditioning and electric.
I was skeptical at the beginning seeing that this is my third AC system in 15 years from different companies.
The sales man Jeff Kruse was very knowledgeable, he explained to me about the company values and integrity and walked me through the process of getting a new air conditioning system,he also
guaranteed that I would get the best sevice.
I spoke to Marla several times and she reassured me that I was making the right choice.
The technicians Angel and Sebastian they were very knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend this company 100%.
I feel at peace knowing that I made the right choice.

Gave them a 1 star because I am unable to give them 0. Honestly they are pretty good at what they do the main issue I have with them is if you have their inspection team come out. Their answer no matter what the product is always: “It is not running optimally, replace the whole unit”. Also, don’t ever trust them with life expectancy of anything, the answer will always be “I would replace it now”.
Main takeaway: they are decent at the work if you know you need something done but they will lie through their teeth to get you to buy something you don’t need, always get a 2nd opinion.
Upon reviewing your comment I feel it necessary to note that it feel like your team is specifically trained to push for full replacements. I had 3 people come out to check out the AC. 2 of them said 3-5 years easily and your tech said replace it before this summer hits. This is not an isolated incident, last year our AC was leaking and a different tech said there was a crack in the drain pan and his suggestion was to replace the entire unit. Turns out there was no crack, we just needed to re-pitch the drain line. I have had you out to both of my properties over half a dozen times and in almost every instance, we were suggested to replace something entirely.
You guys are good at what you do, you just need to stop pushing replacements so hard. I yearn for a day a company like yours cares about its clients more than their bottom line.

Got a tune up for my AC (which was not working at the time) through their partnership with Home Depot. Figured I might as well get it cleaned, and if the tech spots anything obviously wrong it'd save me money on a diagnostic. That's exactly what happened, he spotted I just needed my drain pipe cleaned. He said that cleaning wasn't included in the tune-up, but I showed him the Home Depot pamphlet said it was. He was surprised and said, "it's not supposed to be included, this must be old; but if this is the information you were given, then I have to honor it." That is professional service, and I much appreciate that. He cleaned it on the spot. Their guy Dakota is great: professional, friendly, and helpful, and he answered all my questions so I could understand my unit better and what costs to expect in the future.

I should give a zero star review because I never received the scheduled service but the experience absolutely deserves this rating. You can schedule services easily through Google and an accommodating AI response system will record the info about your problem and put the visit on the calendar. It will then email and/or text you as the appointment arrives. I very clearly inquired into repairing my ceiling fan, I described the problem and even returned to the communique to add new information and suggested fixes. The company canceled and rescheduled my appointment three times over the course of 2.5 weeks, always later in the day of the appointment claiming service backups. On the fourth attempt, I received a message from a human telling me that they do not do ceiling fan repairs, which means that while my appointment was scheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled, nobody ever bothered to even read what my issue was and they continued to engage with me even though I was absolutely clear about my needs from the very start. I never write bad reviews but this one was warranted.

I just called to book an appointment and got the virtual assistant Lorraine. I could not speak with the bot since every time I went to say something in addition to what had been said, the bot considered it an interruption and would stop speaking, go silent for a minute until I was done saying whatever I needed to say. First time I called, I thought it was a bad line. Then I tried booking online and received an alert that I should call because the sender (I presume me) was blacklisted upon submitting the service call request. I called back, realized quickly it was likely a bot I speaking with since the answer was the exact same as it was before. I asked Lorraine: "you're a bot aren't you?" and she confirmed she is a "virtual assistant". It would appear Art, Plumbing, A/C and Electric are upgrading their systems and so for this first time of dealing with Lorraine the bot, I'm going to have to leave one star for appointment scheduling. I've been a customer for probably 10 years or more and this was, by far, the worst experience booking an appointment. Also, it was interesting that I was not initially asked what appointment I want or if it's an emergency. I was told a plumber was coming by today at $129 service call fee. I interrupted and said I'd like to schedule for next week instead and the service call fee went down to $99. Thought that was interesting. Looks like the system upgrades are still in the tweaking phase. It's unfortunate that apparently customer service is being replaced by bots everywhere.
