  We contracted Deco Concrete in Dec 2025 to install pavers on our driveway and entranceway. After the installation of the pavers was completed, I took the time to carefully inspect the work. During my walkaround, I observed that several of the pavers had chipped corners. While we recognize that chipping can occasionally occur with concrete pavers, the chips are noticeable to us. In addition to the chipping, we also noticed a lack of attention to detail by the installers, specifically in the approach (apron) section of the driveway. This oversight has led to sand washing away from that area. We reached out to our sales representative, who had been extremely helpful throughout the initial stages of the project. At his request, we sent photographs documenting the chipped pavers and other concerns. The sales rep indicated he would visit later that week to assess the situation. Unfortunately, he did not appear as promised and has not followed up with us since. We then contacted Deco Concrete directly to address our concerns. This led to a conversation with the owner, who acknowledged we had sent in photographs and explained that recent rains had caused delays in their ongoing projects. However, someone would come out as soon as they were able to. Three weeks passed before we received another call from the office. We were informed that someone would be by either Saturday or Monday, but no specific time was provided. We waited throughout Saturday, but no one showed up to inspect or address the issues. On Monday morning, Deco Concrete contacted us to say crew members were on their way and should arrive around 8:30 AM to inspect the installation issues. During this conversation, we reiterated to the office staff that it was important for the wife—who works full-time—to be present, as the husband is unable to indicate the specific areas of concern due to his mobility limitations. Despite this reminder, the office expressed frustration with our inability to accommodate their preferred schedule, seemingly disregarding the wife's work commitments. It is important to note that Deco Concrete has been fully aware of the husband's mobility challenges from the outset. In fact, they successfully coordinated both demolition and installation when the wife was available, so our request for consideration should not have come as a surprise to them. This lack of flexibility and understanding regarding scheduling has further contributed to our dissatisfaction with their customer service. Our investment in this project was significant to us, with a total expenditure exceeding $21,000. When we signed this contract, my sister and husband, whose house is right next to ours, also chose Deco Concrete for their driveway project. The combined cost for both households surpassed $35,000. With such a substantial financial commitment and with both projects being undertaken simultaneously, we naturally expected a high level of service and attention to detail from the company. We also paid for a stoop we did not get and would also not recommend paying upfront for sealing the pavers. Initially, our experience with Deco Concrete was excellent; the company was attentive and easy to work with at the outset of the project. However, our satisfaction has diminished due to their lack of timely follow-up regarding the issues we identified after installation. We anticipated that a company with such a strong start would prioritize customer concerns and resolve them promptly. Unfortunately, our recent experience has not met these expectations. The lack of responsiveness and failure to address our issues have left us feeling undervalued as customers. Had Deco Concrete demonstrated greater accountability by responding and remedying the chipped pavers, our satisfaction—and consequently, our rating—would have reflected a more positive experience.

  I’m sorry for the late review. My project was started and completed four months ago. I absolutely love my recent driveway and walkway project with Deco Concrete, Inc. Joander, Jr. was the salesman and project manager from start to finish. I was nervous but thanks to Jr. my project is absolutely beautiful!!! I have received so many compliments about my project from neighbors and friends!!! The crew was very professional and hardworking people. They did a wonderful job. The office staff was professional and courteous. Special thanks to Maria Aguilar for keeping me informed in a timely fashion.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the initial sales process to the final walkthrough, the team was attentive, professional, and easy to work with. They completed our pool deck, pool, and driveway, and everything turned out beautiful. They always showed up, answered calls, kept us informed, and finished the job on time. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and detail-oriented. Highly recommend! 5 stars!!!
