  A friend recommended this company for the biyearly contract. the service was really good, performed by Diego, he even found some issues that another vendor didn't find, the service was very detailed, very pleased.

  SJS came out very quickly, we’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and identified the issue needing to be fixed. They came recommended by a good friend who is a well known high end residential home builder and I would recommend them to anyone.

  SJS representative always conducts his work professionally and he’s always arriving at the time that they are scheduled. The representative answers all my questions and conduct his job outstandingly

  I hired SJS Mechanical to install an AC unit in my home. This is a scope of work that requires a city permit to be applied for an issued prior doing the work. This company failed to apply and obtain a permit for my job and didn’t illegally. Buyer beware when hiring this company to avoid going through what I have to go through. I suggest you look elsewhere. We will be going forth with a legal dispute and filing complaints to the dbpr. EDIT - This is to add to the reply by them A Municipality Permit is to be applied and issued/posted on site prior the work commencement let alone finishing the job. As mentioned by Ashley on the phone that the "ball was dropped on the permit" shows. Your attempt to state that you repeatedly asked for a signature for a permit application is false, clearly shown by the lack of permit prior the job was done. The DBPR complain, review, and suit is about a permit not being applied/furnished for a scope of work that requires one. I'm not sure why you keep making excuses about this?
