  I am new to the area, and took a chance with Riverside Cooling to do a maintenance check on the wall mounted minisplit. I picked them from a Google review as I am not familiar with any ac companies near my home. I received notice that their tech was on his way for the agreed appt time, he was punctual and let me know he was there. He checked the system, cleaned it, changed the filters as I requested, then he called me (as I am not yet moved in) to advise me of the condition of the unit and any future maintenance that he recommended. I am very happy and I will contact them for a service agreement once I have relocated to Merritt Island. From the initial call to them to the finished service I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend them.

  The technician was on time and knowledgeable. He completed his work in a timely matter and respectfully entered and exited my home. He kept the area he worked in clean and removed his garbage when he left.

  What a great company! We had issues with our previous unit(Only 5yrs old) and I was calling companies about it. I wish I could remember the gentleman I spoke to on the phone because he was the only person out of 5 companies I called that could answer my questions without putting me on hold to ask. That solidified me calling them again a couple weeks later when we decided we needed a entirely new unit. Abram came out and gave us our estimate. He answered all of our questions and knew what he was talking about. They even accommodated us, even though we were just 5mins outside of their set area. They were reasonably priced, efficient and did excellent work. The guys that did the install took about 3-4hours and they were curious and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

  The technician called to let me know.He would be running a few minutes late when he got to the house very polite, clean in appearance did a wonderful job in and out within an hour, very pleased with the service.

  Needed all the original A/C ductwork replaced in our 31 year-old house. We knew that the air distribution was imbalanced from East side of house to West and that some distribution boxes & ducts were improperly sized. Sales technician Abe listed to our concerns and evaluated our ductwork, determining what types & sizes of components were needed for the job. Then Billy, Steve, & Joshua performed all the work like the seasoned pros that they are. They identified a couple of of other unforeseen problems along the way and made a couple of adjustments & parts changes to achieve the best outcome. The results are everything we could have hoped for and the airflow is now properly balanced throughout our house. 5 Star service all the way!!
