Three water leaks in the first three months of ownership. Two were emergencies (main line leaks) and the other is a faulty irrigation valve that is leaking. This has caused me hundreds of dollars in water bills as well as plumbing repairs for the main line issues. The warranty department has yet to fix anything (the irrigation valve has been turned off for 2.5 weeks now) nor have they compensated me for the main line repairs. I was offered $250 for the first leak, which did not even cover the cost of the repair itself much less the crazy water bill. And other than a "I will call you next week" email, I have not heard from them regarding the other two leaks, despite calling and emailing multiple times.
I will mention, however, that I bought the home from Landsea Homes that merged with Risewell shortly after my closing, so perhaps this is why they are not honoring the warranty. I have no idea, but I think it is disgraceful.
Photo is a picture of a full main line replacement that I paid for because of multiple leaks that resulted in HUNDREDS of dollars in water bills.
