  Victor and Bryce took my house from Frozen to comfy and I have to admit, we had so much fun, I didn’t want to “Let ThemGo”. 🤗 I didn’t expect a routine maintenance visit to be this enjoyable — but this cooling company seriously exceeded expectations. They showed up on time, were incredibly thorough with the maintenance, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (no confusing tech jargon or pressure to buy things I didn’t need). You can tell they take real pride in their work — every detail was checked carefully, and they made sure my system was running at its absolute best before leaving. What really stood out though was their personality. Friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to have in my home — which honestly makes a huge difference. It felt less like a service appointment and more like having a knowledgeable friend help make sure everything was in top shape. Reliable, honest, and refreshingly personable. If you want great maintenance service from people who actually care and make the experience stress-free, this is the company to call.

  As the new owner of a house serviced by this company, the staff would tell me the previous owner owed 3 months of billing, when in fact they owed nothing. The technicians of this company are very unprofessional as they never cleaned to coils. the service agreement calls for full serving including cleaning of the coils. They wanted photos which I sent to them. Always one excuse after another. They said they would have the tech call me. never had any call. Very unprofessional and i would never have any service by them. They don't deserve any stars.

  Victor was amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable. We felt like we were in such good hands that we signed up for a maintenance plan on the spot!

  Our AC heating went out in the midst of the Florida February Freeze. Victor and Jeremy arrived first thing in the morning and diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were professional, courteous and efficient and provided detailed information about the issue as well as a bunch of explanatory pictures. Pricing was very reasonable. The best AC company I've ever dealt with - Global Cooling will now be our preferred AC maintenance and repair company. Great job guys - thanks a million !!
