- PHPaul HarrisAug 6, 20255.0I would highly recommend United Rentals in Clermont, FL. We had the HVAC go out and initially rented temporary air conditioners from another vendor. The temporary AC's they provided did not cool the space effectively and we were forced to close for several days as the temperature in the store was 95 degrees. Since a new HVAC could not be installed for another 7-10 days we contacted United Rentals and their team was truly outstanding. Jessica Castro was very helpful and temporary AC's were delivered early the next morning. Another team member, Jada Cruz, also went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations. She took the time to drive out to the store that afternoon to see if the units were cooling the space. She felt a different type of unit would be more effective and had them replaced the very same day. Fortunately, the change in units worked and we were able to improve the work environment for our team and we were able to better serve our customers. Because of people like Jessica and Jada, I would highly recommend United Rentals of Clermont.
