    The ABSOLUTELY worse customer service and AI answering the initial phone call. If you have the need for quick service with an educated live person call any a/c company but Del-air!!!!!

    Our technician, Jose was excellent. He performed all maintenance services expected and explained what he was doing. He offered some solutions to potential problems, inclucing UV light as mitigation for mold development which was apparent in our system. Jose was a pleasure to work with. and very helpful.

    First time doing business with Del-Air and their service call and scheduling time is prompted and professional. The NEGATIVE experience was trying to book an appointment with Del-Air A.I. which I hate - I like to talk to a live breathing human being. I had to make multiple calls just to book an appointment for service that I just gave up and gone online to Del-Air website and used their chat line for a successful booking. Which was much easier then there A.I call. Will I be a repeat customer with Del-Air - I'll think twice. Too much a hassle to make appointment for service.

    My experience was terrible one guy came & did the assessment a week later another guy came to do the work. As he was leaving I said you have to make sure the system is working; it still was not. As I address the problem again- this guy said what we did would never fix this problem. When I confirmed what he actually did; he put in a new motor in the duct that was already replaced two weeks ago. Ask him could you not see it’s new, he said he saw it but check back with his supervisor & he said do the work order. I finally got in touch with the manager who tried to convince me that I needed that work done anyway and now they want to address the real problem. Eventually I got my money back from them. When my new A/C man arrived, he told me “there is no new work done up there”. Beware- Del Air is not the company I know them to be. I also spent 3.5 hr on the phone with AI, dropped calls, hold time & transfers

    Update: I received a text stating that someone would be coming out to address my HVAC, but only the plumber arrived (I’ve added another screenshot for reference). The plumber mentioned that he put in a call and that someone would contact me and come out today. However, when I called to follow up, I was told that no one is currently scheduled to service my HVAC today. This has now happened four times where an appointment was scheduled but no one followed through. This ongoing lack of coordination has been extremely frustrating and reflects poor customer service. Additionally, the email address that was shared is not sufficient for resolving this issue. I need a direct phone number to speak with someone who can properly address and coordinate this matter. Saturday, March 7th: I scheduled an appointment with Del-Air for Sunday, February 25th to have my water heater flushed and AC maintenance completed. On that Sunday, I received a text message (see screenshot below) indicating an issue with the appointment. This is not the first time this has happened. After reading other negative reviews, it seems many customers are experiencing the same pattern of last-minute changes and poor communication. The first time this happened, I was told by the representative that she was the only person working and didn’t have time to send out notifications. Being busy is not an excuse. If appointments are being moved or rescheduled, customers should still be notified. People plan their day around these appointments. Today was even more frustrating. My appointment window was between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., and I spent the entire time at home waiting. If I hadn’t called them myself at 12:00 to ask what was going on, I probably would have still been sitting here waiting with no update at all. That’s when I found out my appointment had apparently been moved from Saturday to Monday, and I received no phone call or text message notifying me of the change. To make matters worse, when I called to figure out what was going on, I was initially speaking with an AI system without being told that it was AI. Companies should at least be transparent and clearly announce when you’re speaking with an automated system instead of making it seem like you’re talking to a real person. When customers are already frustrated about a situation, discovering that you’re not actually speaking to a live representative only makes the experience worse. AI cannot replace the understanding or responsiveness of an actual person. Last time this happened, I was told a manager would call me, and that never happened. So naturally I questioned whether a manager would actually call me this time. If they don’t, I will be going to the office in person to ask for an explanation as to why my appointment continues to be changed without any communication. Customer service today is not what it used to be, and it’s disappointing. Companies seem to forget that customers are the reason their business exists. Basic communication and respect for people’s time should be the bare minimum. At this point, Del-Air needs to seriously improve its scheduling process, transparency, and customer communication, because repeatedly rescheduling appointments without notice is unprofessional and unacceptable.
