  We can't say enough great things about Dave! We have a Daikin inverter system, which is more complex than a standard residential AC, and Dave knew it inside and out. He genuinely loves his job and it shows! He also has a great ability to explain everything clearly — I felt like I understood what was going on at each step, even as someone who knows nothing about AC systems. Dave handled every twist along the way with total professionalism. When the manufacturer sent the wrong part (evaporator coil), he caught it immediately and made sure they triple-checked before sending a replacement — that kind of attention to detail made a real difference. He was thorough, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. We couldn't be happier with the experience and will absolutely be requesting Dave for any future AC needs. Highly recommend!

  Gabe and Cam were very polite, respectful and were such pleasure to work with. They were very honest and helpful in explaining the cost of various alternatives available to either repair or replace my system without sales pressure tactics which was very much appreciated. Update: Had a new HVAC system installed by Devon and Ivan and they were very professional, efficient and left the area spotless. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Three Guys A/C and Electrical.

  Had a mechanical failure with my Air Conditioner unit. Within two hours of calling three guys ac, Conner showed up, a technician for Three guys A/C. My unit is over 12 years old; it is starting to breakdown. Conner evaluated and repaired the unit. However, with age, we knew that any repair that was going to be made was only a temporary fix. Knowing this, we asked Connor to give us an estimate for a new system. We were actually surprised on how reasonable a new unit was. However, even though it was reasonable in price, it was completely out of our price range. Our credit was maxed out. Conner attempted to help us maintain financing; he spent several hours attempting helping us. Which was much appreciated. In conclusion, We weren't able to get the new system but we were appreciative for the support he had been given. And the repair he did for us.

  Noticed my a/c wasn’t working, made an appointment for the next morning. Tristan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor. He even took the time to see if it was still under warranty. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part on hand but could get it ordered and installed by the next day. Update: On installation day I received text and call updates on when he would arrive. Tristan immediately got to work. He did run into some difficulty replacing the blower motor since my unit is very compact for the small closet and over the water heater. He explained what was going on and stepped outside to make some calls. Unfortunately tech support was closed since it was the weekend but he called another experienced tech on his team that gave him some suggestions. He essentially had to disassemble all the wiring from the panel above it to access it fully. Once it was out he was able to replace the motor and put everything back together and even organized all the wiring. A/c started working immediately and was able to drop a couple degrees. He checked to make sure everything else was working properly, added some drain cleaner, and he was done in just a couple hours. After he left, it only took about an hour to drop from about 80 degrees to my set temperature of 74. Highly recommend!

  From scheduling to service, 3GuysAC were extremely charitable and empathetic. Scheduling kept open communication and both representatives were kind. (& Same day service!!) Once service began, Aric provided a quick, but thorough assessment of the unit’s issue. He was very informative but also patient with my questions regarding future up-keep and minor troubleshooting. It was a very personable experience as if he was a buddy coming to help me out, which was fitting because it was for a youth’s sport league… essentially helping out an entire community. We are definitely keeping them in mind for future issues on and off the fields! If you can’t tell, we highly recommend! Thank you again!
