We started out as 3 friends working out of a garage in St. Petersburg. We have since relocated to Clearwater to a bigger space to meet the growing demand. Communication was amazing and transparency from price to work required was hands down the best service from any company I’ve used. I’m definitely using them for my rental properties and they have my loyalty. I couldn’t find a negative thing to add if I tried. They really crushed it.

Tristan, and Three Guys, worked as hard as they could to fix our unit that happened to be too far gone. After realizing we were beyond the point of saving this thing for any reasonable amount of money (due to the manufacturer and age), we were given options on replacements. After spending a combined 12 hours at our house over two separate days, Tristan still stuck around to ensure we understood everything, got us what we needed and got us scheduled for a replacement the next day. Fantastic service, highly recommend! Update: install completed and the install team was just as fantastic!

They showed me the condition of the unit which was admittedly pretty bad, and gave me a fair priced quote on replacement. Gabe was super thorough in discussing all my options and wasn’t pushy after I said I wasn’t ready to purchase anything at that moment. Left with a very positive impression and I’ll update my review in the future, as I do intend to go with this company for the recommended work. Thank you both for your time and expertise!

I went online and was able to set an appointment for 8am! Connor was on time, super friendly, and he communicated everything to my landlord for me which made this whole process a lot easier. I am so impressed by Connor's outstanding service and positive attitude. I would HIGHLY recommend Three Guys and hope you are lucky enough to get Connor as your technician!!
