  I had a great experience working with Mold Experts USA for mold remediation in my home. From start to finish, their team was professional, thorough, and truly committed to getting the job done right. Justin from the company was especially excellent to work with. Justin was very responsive, communicative, and incredibly diligent throughout the entire process. After the first treatment, there was still some lingering moisture in the air, but instead of cutting corners, they continued with multiple inspections and additional treatments until everything was fully resolved. What really stood out to me was their integrity and attention to detail. They even scheduled an independent, non-biased inspection company to perform post-remediation testing so there would be no questions about the results. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. They never gave up until our home passed testing, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. I highly recommend Mold Experts USA to anyone needing mold remediation services.

  Mold was identified in my kitchen which prompted my original need for mold remediation. I liked how Justin was able to inform of their process and that it guaranteed the entire sq footage of my home, not thinking I would have any other problems. This was a selling point so I signed up. Throughout the remediation process, Justin found an additional leak in my guest bathroom that had caused mold in that area. After that, he performed another treatment for my home at no additional charge. After the second treatment, Justin performed the mold air test and he identified another problem in my AC system from a leak in my garage that needed additional attention. After that, a third treatment was performed at no additional charge. I want to express that I know I made the best decision in companies because had I gone with the other estimates (which were higher in cost mind you) they would have only treated my initial concern in my kitchen, and the other areas would have gone unnoticed until who knows when… Thank you to Justin for the continuous back and forth at my home for all the testing and treatments. I can feel a major improvement in air quality in my house.

  Do NOT NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR HOGWASH THAT THE CHEMICALS THEY USE TO KILL THE MOLD ARE NON-TOXIC AND SAFE TO BREATHE!! That is so so FAR from the truth! While they may be nice people to deal with, their products are NOT safe. What a horrible terrible experience! You are warned!

  I have never needed mold remediation services, but I've known the owner of this company for many years. I can attest to the fact that he is honest and hard working, and that taking care of his customers is his top priority. If I ever need mold remediation, this company will be my first choice.

  I cannot say enough how fantastic this company was to deal with. Each person involved. They were timely and were responsive and went above and beyond . If you have a mold problem or a toxin problem in your home, I would highly highly recommend this company. A rare find.
