The work was excellent, the price was competitive, all time-line promises were honored, and the work area was left spotless every step of the way. Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. But East-West really hit it out of the ballpark with the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes of their employees. Starting with Phil, who wrote up our estimate and later calmly solved a small speed bump in our project. Then Maya, their office manager who impressed with her ease (and promptness) in communication and amazing kindness. And Jonathan, Frank, and John, who did the work cheerfully and with pride in both their process and outcomes. I could not recommend a business more enthusiastically nor with greater appreciation.
