Nick did an expert job in installation A few days after it was completed, we found we needed a piece of furniture moved a slight bit and we were not able to do it ourselves. I called and someone was here to take care if the problem within a couple hours! Great service.. caring people!
- PKPamela KoenigFeb 17, 20265.0First off, Jay was so patient with me while I perused through Carillon’s extensive rug samples, selecting about 8 of them to take home and consider for a large family room area rug. Found the one I loved, price seemed fair, took about 4 weeks to deliver and that turned out perfect! Darrion(sp) and Blake were outstanding! The were courteous, professional and efficient. They carefully moved the furniture off the existing rug, took it to the truck, returned with the new rug and laid it exactly where I wanted it. They meticulously replaced the furniture on the new rug, patiently placing it where I wanted it. This company and all those working therein are remarkable. When it’s time to replace this carpet, I’ll be back!

They said the carpet would be in the warehouse within 5 weeks and it was. The installers were very good and cleaned up every scrap of carpet on the stairs. I would highly recommend Carillon!

The selection is outstanding and is reasonably priced. Linda was so helpful. She suggested a few things I hadn’t thought of and it made a big difference. Their terrific delivery guys placed the rug exactly where it needed to be. I love my new area rug purchased for my guest room. I highly recommend Carillon Floor Center.
