  What a delight to find a contractor who is knowledgeable, prompt, and fair minded... Who has high integrity for his work, does what he says and completes a project that goes beyond expectations! We recently had Tim Bogdany renovate/rebuild our 25 yr. old back yard deck. Within (2) days of our contractual agreement, he had material onsite and a dumpster for demo debris! After (3) work days, Tim and his crew had fortified and rebuilt our deck with upgraded, premium lumber. It should last at least 50 yrs. this time! Needless to say, we are highly recommending Tim Bogdany and his Deck-Docks, LLC to anyone with similar needs. He will also contract much larger projects, including boardwalks, docks, boathouses, and other land/marine structures. Dave and Sherry B.

  The owner and his crew worked efficiently to removed my old wooden sun deck and replaced it with Trex. They were warm, friendly, and easy to talk to about my vision, and meeting my expectations. I am very satisfied with my new deck. Robyn

  The Deck Docks team made quick work of the removal of our old floating deck that was unsafe and falling apart. They replaced it the way it should have been built originally with a sturdy frame of marine grade treated lumber, and composite decking. They even came up with a new approach to the frame structure to add greater durability, and pressure washed the decking upon completion while maintaining a clean workspace throughout the project. Big thank you to Tim, his brother, and the Deck Docks team for the beautiful new floating sunset deck!

  Having worked with Deck-Docks LLC the fall of 2020 for three months, I would highly recommend Deck-Docks LLC for anyone needing custom deck or dock repair/builds, or wood related projects in general, in my case a pier connecting to my boat dock. I have not only gained access to an outstanding vendor but have gained friends in the process. A special thanks goes to the team at Deck-Docks LLC, especially Tim Bogdany, who through the many obstacles of rain, flooding, and the overall environmental impediments managed to repair/rebuild a pier to my dock that upon initial inspection was not only in dis-repair, but a safety hazard to myself and my family. The team not only met all my requirements but exceeded all expectations in creating a pier that not only is a work of art enhancing the lake front appeal of my property, but through the team’s attention to detail created a pier customized to all my needs. Tim not only kept me informed daily as to the team’s progress but presented and implemented many positive changes on my behalf, such as a ramp for wheelchair access, yet continued in re-building a pier with a durability needed for many-many years of functional use by my family. The team and especially Tim treated the project professionally as expected but showed a compassionate and cheerful demeanor and understanding that created an outstanding deliverable in light of the obstacles that were overcome due to the weather at the time. I am confident that no other vendor in this space would have done a better job under the environmental circumstances.
