  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - different "expert" every few months. Some were good some were not. Office personnel nasty - hung up on me. Our commercial spa developed a problem with chlorination. They said it was because I never agreed to buy a new chlorinator. I told them they installed a new ORP for us In Novemeber 2025. They said I did not ever authorize payment for it and so they did not install it. We had a yelling match. I hung up on them. Then i called back and asked to slpeak to the manager or boss. They refused to give me the phone number. However, they did admit that they made a mistake and I had in fact had a new ORP installed by them in November. They sent a tech out. I told him the county health inspector shut down our spa because chlorine levels were too low. He said the inspector was wrong and that they had made a prior complaint about the inspector. I asked them to test the spa water right then and there. Their test confirmed that the inspector was correct. This was just the latest in a long series of poor service from this company. One time, right after they left, our pool overflowed. Another time it began draining.

  Troy diagnosed and repair our pool pump very fast. Troy is very knowledgeable and able to take care of the equipment in a very efficient and professional manner.

  Appointment scheduled for 9 - 12 arrival. Called at 12:30 and was told it was changed to 1:30. It is now 3;15 and nobody came or called. When I call the office I only get an answering machine. Wasted most of day sitting here. Can't rate the service because I haven't had any as yet. Follow up on service. Guy came, looked at it, saw the chlorinator was bad. They don't do warranty work on Jandy equipment so he left.
