  Needed my generator repaired. They sent a technician within a day or two and the repair was done a few days later. I was amazed at how quick and easy the process was. Special thanks to the technician; Miguel. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the part needed... he was very knowledgeable and efficient :)

  I had a service contract for a new generac generator that rcs replaced with my new generator damaged in Hurricane Ian. They did a good job at that time. After that i had a service contract with them to service the unit annually. Last year they told me they serviced it and said it was only running on one cylinder and that they thought it was an ignition coil that was bad. I never saw the email they sent but i will take the blame for that. This year i had them come back to doon the annual service which they did for 500 dollars but it wouldnt run after that because they said the ignition coils were still bad and gave me a quote for.over $4000 to fix and that the warranty was up. I wasnt happy but i said go ahead. The quote said they needed to take it out and bring it to their shop to repair it. They showed up at 10:00 and told me they were repairing it on site. At 1:00 they told me that they couldnt repair because they found a bad push rod which they showed me. It was clearly a manufacturing defect the way it was worn but they contacted Generac supposedly who said it was not a warranty item Over $4,500 spent, work not done as quoted based on their recommendations, and still no generator that works. I wouldn't hire this company again and this is not the last they will hear about me.

  Had a rather expensive generator service a couple weeks ago...guy was here for 40 minutes. $400. I start my generator on the first of every month and I went out to start my generator today and saw that the gentleman who serviced my generator left the power on so now my battery does not have a charge and I cannot use my generator… Remember $400 generator service to keep my generator operational.... I go out to use it today not operational because the tech left the power on....YOU OWE ME A BATTERY!
