- TITwig & Berry Inc.Sep 17, 20171.0my honest opinion. ok service, beautiful flooring, the flooring could have been put in better we have 1 to 1/2 inch gaps from the wall where the flooring should have started. we don't usually pay for service till end of service just in case something else needs to be done but was i felt hassled by an older gentleman, over all the colors are great but for almost 3 grand??? service and installation of product could be way better. then i get a bill in the mail for a $100 dollars stating he came back finished the Whole bathroom, when he came back and finished 1 foot of flooring behind toilet.
