I recently called 4 days in a row to speak with someone to purchase MI windows and was sent to voicemail. I have left voicemails and e-mails with no response.. I was told the manufacturer MI is laying off 15% of its employees due to shortages in sales.. How ironic this supplier isn't giving quotes on a product that is down on sales.. Terrible company to work with get your supplies from a company that isn't so loyal to large builders they ignore the small contractors!!!
