- SRShelly RoseOct 11, 20215.0Called on Thursday@ 2:30 pm. October the 7th .Called back immidately to let my Mother know they would be here in the morning on Friday. Ask for a pic of the pump. So they brought it with him. Called at 10:17 am on Friday the 8th was hear 11am. Work was done in an hour. Was very polite apologized for not being able to get here Thursday afternoon. Repiped and added a shut off valve and a new spicket. Water was back on. Found a small leak to the holding tank fixed that too. Didn't leave till it all was in excellent working condition. Gave my mother a senior citizen discount. The price was resonable. And we will be using them from now on for any thing in the future. We were very Happy with the man that come out.
