  This is the fourth time I’ve used Richard’s, and I’m always happy with their work. My issue was plumbing. Michael showed up much earlier than I expected, which was great. He fought with my Frankenstein-rigged plumbing fixture to stop a leak I had, and gave me a rough estimate on re-piping. I was impressed that he has so much experience, and I not only recommend Richard’s, but will not hesitate to use them again myself, if needed.

  I called Richard's Plumbing & Electric on April 2nd 2026 for a plumbing issue and was very nicely impressed by how fast they came and took care of the problem. It was a team of 2 people, with Paul Sr. as the lead person and Caleb as assistant and they were very fast in assessing the problem then worked fast to remedy, probably within a 20 minutes span from arrival. The cost was way much more then was quoted on the phone but at least was done fast and professional.

  Paul came out and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He came earlier than expected too, which was a bonus. Although he couldn't repair the leak since it was in the slab or wall, he guided me to get a leak detection service. I paid a service call fee which will be applied once they come back to fix it. Update, Paul Sr. and his helper Caleb came out today and fixed my slab leak. They were a great team. They worked hard and fast and got it done. I strongly recommend Richard's Plumbing and Electric. Great service and reasonable prices.

  He is always punctual and shows up on time. Keeps both the maintenance supervisor and maintenance technicians informed of what work he will be doing, and what work has been completed. Knowledgeable, proficient, and efficient at his skill set. We have had several different employees from Richards Plumbing & Electric here on the property and he is by far one of the best that the Maintenance staff has encountered.   I was experiencing an issue with the flush valves in my two bathrooms. I called Richard’s Plumbing this morning and was happy that they were able to dispatch a plumber today. Paul and his associate came within a few hours to check out the issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced both flush valves and the shut off valves for each toilet. I was charged a reasonable fee for this service and I’m very satisfied with the work performed. I would not hesitate to call Richard’s Plumbing the next time I need plumbing service!
