We had the pleasure of working alongside the Planet Stone team on a recent project, and we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the entire process. The quality of the stone fabrication and installation was outstanding and significantly elevated the overall finish of the project. A special thank you to Gina, who was excellent to work with as our main point of contact—responsive, organized, and a true asset to the team. John did a fantastic job with templating, ensuring accuracy and a smooth installation process. We also appreciated the opportunity to work with Hector, Jeff, and Bowen during installation; their workmanship and professionalism on-site were top-notch. We look forward to collaborating again in the future and would confidently recommend Planet Stone to anyone seeking high-quality craftsmanship and a reliable, professional team. Very rude and unprofessional, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with them. EDIT: I’m genuinely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism in both your response and your decision to publicly post a private email exchange. At no point was I rude, difficult, or disrespectful. I made a straightforward inquiry and, like many people do when shopping for prices, chose not to provide a full address until deciding who to move forward with. That is a normal and reasonable boundary, one that I am so glad I have, because given the fact that you were so quick to share private information, who knows what you would have done with the full address? Instead of explaining your requirements in a professional manner, you chose to abruptly decline service, and then escalate the situation by mocking, insulting, and attempting to publicly shame me. Posting private communication, making personal assumptions, and labeling a potential customer as “entitled” simply for asking for a quote is not only inappropriate, it reflects very poorly on your business practices. If this is how you handle a basic inquiry, it raises serious concerns about how you would handle an actual project or a dissatisfied customer. Potential customers can draw their own conclusions from this interaction.

I would NOT recommend using this company. First of all, they told me I would have to hire my own plumber to disconnect my sink before install installation and reconnect it after; but I called 4 other kitchen remodeling companies who said that they take care of this themselves for free. Second of all, this company would not come to my house to give me an accurate measurement and exact quote / cost until I paid 50% deposit of the ENTIRE price of the project. Third of all and worst of all, they told me I would be responsible for lifting out/ removing my current sink that I have now and transporting it to them for them to measure which is nearly physical impossible for me nor should I have to do when im paying them thousands of dollars. I spoke to four other kitchen restoration companies who said they would never make the client be responsible for touching or moving any part of the project including the sink so this just completely baffles me! Lastly, I got a quote from two other companies for the same Quartz material for a much lower price that also included the plumbing work and sink removal/ replacement. I was completely taken advantage of because I’m young and I hope no one wastes their time with this company and their sneaky business practices because they clearly like to take advantage of vulnerable people then do the least amount of work possible.

Wow! What an amazing experience at Planet Stone. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Gina we knew this was different from other stone companies. I followed the directions on the website and brought in measurements for our project. After walking through the showroom and through the inventory we picked out two beautiful slabs of Dolomite (on sale) and sinks for each room. Having the sinks on display rather than in a catalog helped with our decision. We were able to get a solid estimate for the job and are on our way to having new countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms. Gina was so professional, informative and kind. We knew we could trust her with our project and can't wait to see the final results. Stay tuned for photos!
