I met Justin last summer and he was very polite, attentive to my requests and not pushy at all. We agreed on a budget and we were going. The scariest part was reading through the contract. We did zoom meetings with a designer and I was able to see what the final product would look like. I was notified in November that the project would be starting, and JLS was patient with me while I rented a pod and got movers. Matt was the project manager and he was great with sending me pictures and updates. On the final walk through, I truly was blown away as was my cousin who was also there. Two of my neighbors came by and they were very impressed. I didn’t know what to look at first, from the cabinets, floors, doors, ceiling, lighting it was all incredible. All the worries were gone. I’ve shown pictures to my friends and family and each one has started with “OMG, I love the floor/door/cabinets etc.”. My cousin is thinking about using JLS and I will be calling them again for the bathroom remodel. Justin, Matt Thank you so much. You’re the best.
