  My Florida room was destroyed during Hurricane Milton. Virginia and the installers at the Bradenton office worked with me to replace the flooring in my room. She was able to match the flooring with the flooring in the rest of the home and was flexible about scheduling the installation to work with my contractors. When I had trouble getting a refund that was due to me, Virginia followed up with me and with the Accounting office. Good product, professional installation and great service by all!

  If you’re looking for a company that does not communicate and ignores their customers this is the one; as well as their supervisors that are rude to their customers and very disrespectful. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after the last fix on my home, where I went 2-3 weeks with exposed floor due to improper preparation. Then we had a huge meeting at my home to make it right with about 10 people from Manasota, I was promised a new crew would be used and they would show up with the right material. Once again, the same crew showed up with 5 boxes for a 12 box job, lied to my face as to what they were going to do. I caught them gluing down the floor which is not the proper install on a floating floor. Then when I looked they had two different styles of floor, they tried to say it was a dye lot but the two boxes had 2 different style numbers not color numbers. Now once again I’m stuck with exposed concrete and my furniture disrupted. No one from Manasota can ever pick up the phone to return my call to tell me a plan. Hard to believe this is even a family owned company.

  I am SO glad I found Manasota Flooring! I initially went to a national chain who advertised a sale online, but the local store did not participate and didn’t seem interested in talking with me about their flooring stock or what I was looking for. I then found Manasota Flooring and decided to try their showroom. Larry was friendly and professional from the start. I told him exactly what I wanted and my requirements and he told me which sections to look in based on that criteria. He also pulled samples he thought I might like. I found one sample I loved and Larry put the quote together. We talked about the process and I decided to move forward. Larry kept me up to date the entire process. The installers, Elmer and Luis (and George toward the end of the project), were also incredibly professional. They were meticulous in their installation. Each morning they were at my house on time and worked hard all day. Elmer kept me updated about the status of the project each day. I’m so pleased with the completed work and my experiences with sales and installation. I highly recommend Manasota Flooring, and especially Larry, Elmer, Luis, and George.

  I recently had new flooring installed by Manasota Flooring. I’m very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial sales consultation to the final installation, the process was smooth, professional, and well-communicated. Our salesman Steve was knowledgeable and transparent, helping us choose the right product for our home without any pressure. Communication throughout was clear, and I always felt informed and confident in the process. The installation team (Tomas and Cesilio) was fantastic—respectful of our time and property. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked long days, and left the work area clean at the end of each day. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Any changes, challenges, or concerns that came up during the process were brought to my attention right away and handled professionally, always with a clear explanation and recommended solution. While Manasota Flooring may not be the cheapest option, the quality of the product and the professionalism of the service absolutely justify the investment. You truly get what you pay for, and in this case, it's well worth it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and a team that delivers on what they promise.
