  I hired Del-Air Air Conditioning for an installation, and while the system itself was installed, the experience afterward has been extremely disappointing. During the install, their crew scratched my wood floors and used the top of my dryer as a workbench, leaving the surface heavily scratched as well. The floor damage alone cost $800 to repair. I contacted Del-Air multiple times to give them the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, they have been unresponsive, and I have not received any reimbursement or resolution. Mistakes can happen on any job — that’s understandable. What’s not acceptable is the lack of accountability afterward. A professional company should stand behind its work and address damage caused during installation. Buyer beware.

  Del-Air technicians serviced are heating and air-conditioning unit yesterday. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

  I was very pleased with my recent Del-Air service. Bens, my technician, was competent, friendly, and professional. I had my six month maintenance and some recommended cleaning done. Everything was explained well. I renewed my service contract for an additional year. Thanks Del-Air!
