  Bailey from Comfort Experts is seriously top-notch. Every time he comes out, he’s friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running perfectly. He really takes the time to look out for your best interests and makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find service this good these days. We’re always super happy and highly recommend Bailey and Comfort Experts!

  We have a Daikin Dual Mini Split and started having problems with it. Called Comfort Experts and they sent Bailey out to fix it. The A.C. was throwing all kinds of codes but Bailey never stopped until he figured it out and got the A.C. running like a champ. They are on time and very friendly. They are my go to A.C. Company from now on for sure. Thank you guys for all tour help.

  We had an issue with our AC and called for service—they sent a technician out incredibly fast! Mike Q was amazing: knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Before leaving, he double-checked that everything was working perfectly and that we were completely satisfied. You could truly see the pride he takes in his work. Highly recommend!

  We signed up for the Comfort Experts maintenance plan 2 years ago and they continue to do a great job of maintaining our AC unit. Paul came in this morning for the 6 month AC unit check up and he provided thorough, excellent service. He explained in layman’s terms what he was doing and why. He refilled the trap and verified proper drainage. He also checked system vitals on both the indoor and outdoor units. He then verified that all readings returned within tolerance levels. He also properly adjusted the vents to maximize airflow and explained the importance of this in keeping the house cool. He provided pictures of the inside of the unit to show where possible future issues may occur but did not try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. This is a great service provided every 6 months for a small monthly fee that we would recommend for everyone to help keep you cool in the hot Florida weather😎 T

  Finally! A company that can be trusted! Melissa took my call before 8am & when I explained my dilemma she worked magic to get a service technician (Paul) within the hour. The previous company had hot wired it to “cool only” & charged me over $600 to repair a 2 year old Lennox (under warranty). Paul took photos to show me the damage the previous company caused. It was a literal nightmare. After dealing with 2 other companies who lied I was very apprehensive about trusting anyone. Paul walked me & my husband through the photos. I couldn’t believe it. He was honest (& photos don’t lie). He drove to Sarasota to get the part from Lennox. (no charge, under warranty), he always wore shoe covers when in my home. Paul spoke calmly and respectfully (not condescending like the others), fixed everything to code. Now we have heat (who knew that was a necessity in SW Florida). I would definitely recommend this company! They know what they’re doing. Very reasonable prices and respectful to their customers. Paul & Melissa made me trust that there are still good, reliable companies out there. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your HVAC needs! I wish I used Comfort Experts sooner!! They truly are as their name implies- Experts!
