  I am a fairly new condo owner in Bradenton and wanted to have some functions assessed even though nothing was noted in the inspection report. The hot water heater was one key item and while not subjected to overuse, lack of use sometimes creates issues as well. Outward there were no signs of rust or erosion etc. but Jessie showed me the internal element that was corroded and I'm sure the system had not been flushed, for sediment, in a number of years. The garbage disposal was very rusted as well. I prefer addressing things before they are problematic and I think that The Surfin' Plumbers will help me do just that. Jessie was very prompt in arrival, in line with our appointment, and he was very respectful and courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for your attention and follow up. I had some other areas that needed to be addressed by another member of the team so I'm reserving the 5th star for that follow up. Overall, very pleased.

  The experience we had with having a gas water heater heater replaced was one worth repressing from our memories. We purchased a water heater and had it ready for the plumber to install. I wish I could turn back time and erase this service call. I was not present at the time, but my wife was there. I received numerous calls during this time as the tech was trying to upsell the call with a service contract. This went on for a while before he actually started the reason he was called in the first place. Fast forward to me coming home and opening the garage door, I immediately saw something did not look right. The water heater was leaning to the right, it was all dented up near where the gas pipe comes from the wall and it was installed so that the control for the temperature adjustment was directly behind the safety pole that is set into the garage floor. I contacted the company and explained the problem. It took several days and another message to them before anyone thought it was important enough to contact me back. I scheduled to have them return when I could be there and the tech explained how this could be corrected and how they would go about doing it. I asked him why he did not tell us he damaged the heater but he did not answer. He then stated he had to go make a call to his boss and he would be right back. After 10-15 mins he returns to tell me that they will not correct these issues and if I wanted it installed correctly, I would have to pay them again to do so! What kind of company treats their customers like this? Fast forward further after a few months go by and I find out they never even pulled a permit so I had to contact the County as well to get that straightened out. Very disappointed and I wish I could rate zero stars. We used to have a professional looking water heater installed in plain view but now it looks like a weekend warrior installed one in its place. Very unprofessional tech as well as company. I definitely know who I will not be contacting for bids on a commercial project now we are involved in...

  Surfin' Plumbers came and assessed the clog sewer line. I was given a quote to fix the problem. Marty provided a fair quote in comparison to other local companies, but they also were able to schedule the service for the very next morning. Ray and Kenny arrived right at their scheduled time and began repairs. While working they discovered issues that could have gone beyond the initial estimate, but remained committed to the quote they provided. They worked all day and into the evening to be sure the job was completed that day. Everyone was professional and courteous and I would recommend Surfin' Plumbers if you have the need. Thanks to Marty, Ray and Kenny!

  We had to call Surfin' Plumbers because of an emergency and they came quickly and we immediately knew that we had a professional on the job. All work was done on time and within the bid. The tech was knowledgeable and gave me several options including one that would save me money now but we would still face the major fix down the road. We opted to go ahead with the full fix now after calling around and finding that the bid was comparable. The work went quickly and everything is working as it should. I highly recommend this company!
