  AC Warehouse exceeded my expectations in every way. Their technicians and customer service team are outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. They were prompt, thorough, and accurate in their diagnosis, which made the entire process seamless and efficient. The level of integrity and professionalism they demonstrated is rare in the industry. I will confidently be referring jobs to them moving forward. AC Warehouse is an excellent, honest company that truly stands behind its work.

  Called this company and immediately got an answer from a helpful representative that understood my frustrations and got me right on the schedule, the technician called me on his way and gave me a time of arrival, he showed up diagnosed my issue and was able to explain to me in a way I understood and felt comfortable, he told me what it would cost for repairs and it was very affordable. Very happy with AC Warehouse!! Will recommend them to all my friends/family in need!

  I had used AC Warehouse before for plumbing, so decided to use them for several AC jobs after purchasing a home in the Sarasota area. Short summary, I asked them to quote and deliver on three AC jobs; a new mini-split, added return lines for my main AC unit, and routine service on my main AC unit. Every job required multiple calls and had related problems. The mini split leaked and ruined my walls, it took multiple installation teams and trips to finally finish the return ducts, and they never completed the service on my main AC unit. After a number of calls and growing frustration, I asked to speak to the manager. Even after a second request, I never received a return call for a follow-up discussion. Needless to say, I decided to go with another AC company for future work.

  AC Warehouse and their installers (Carlos and Jose) were FANTASTIC! They were polite, conscientious and answered all questions and concerns. I marveled at their work ethic and impressed how they strived for perfection. They installed my entire HVAC system in around 6 hours. The team left a clean worksite. I have a new go to HVAC company based largely on the professional experience received from the company’s informative sales person Rick (your presentation and knowledge sold us) and the outstanding install team Carlos and Jose! 5 plus stars and A++++!

  I had been a long-time customer of Duffy Air—we’re talking 20 years at least. Recently, I called their number and reached A/C Warehouse instead. I wasn't familiar with this company, but I felt confident that Duffy wouldn't place his loyal customers in the wrong hands. Well, I have to say, I was not expecting the "big corp" treatment that reminded me of Comcast—the kind where service is provided at the company's convenience, not the customer’s. You get a window of several hours to wait for a tech because, apparently, everyone knows customers have nothing better to do. Then, I was politely informed that for $700, I could pay to have the same "same-day service" and real appointments that I got from Duffy Air for 20 years for free. I will say the tech who did the work, Nehemiah, was delightful and very efficient. He matches the level of techs Duffy used to send my way. Unfortunately, I won’t be working with A/C Warehouse in the future. I’ll be taking the business for my three air conditioning units to a company that respects my time and provides reasonable appointments and communication. One last thing: A/C Warehouse uses an AI bot to answer the phone and talk to you. I don’t think so. Nope, not for me.
