    Rodolfo Mendoza is the best explanation of all that he does and why he has to fix things up if there is a problem only Rodolfo is to come to our house he is the best man at what he does

    Apollo Beach address: 2 Lennox systems. 1 had an issue and Del Air sent technicians out like Reggie and Herbert who know their stuff. Reggie continued Herbert’s troubleshooting a found the system defect and immediately set in motion the steps for repair. 10/10 would hire every time

    Leon did an amazing job. He listened to my issues, communicated well and kept me informed. He was thorough and cleaned up after he was finished, He checked and double checked that the problem was resolved. Great job and would highly recommend Leon and Del Air. Thank you

    Trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. They have a stupid AI person that “answers” the phone. We have a service plan that we are trying to cancel and between the dumb AI garbage and no one answering we are still being charged for a service we do not want.

    We had our new Bosch unit since August 2025. It was not heating or cooling. We had a service call on March 2. We then informed we needed a part. We received a text 2 days later stating that it would be at least 2 weeks before the part would be available. A service call was scheduled without conferring with us for March 19. We received a text to confirm which we did and no service person showed, even after we checked if we were still scheduled which the agent confirmed at 2:40 pm that afternoon. When we checked at 4:45 pm, we were told we were scheduled for Friday from 1 to 5 pm. Again, no one showed. When I called around 4:45 that day, once again, I was told that a service call was scheduled for today, Monday, March 23 from 1 to 5. Guess what, not one showed again. All I get is an AI and when asked to speak to a person, I get no answer and no call back. This is not the company that I felt very pleased with for the first 9 years in our home. I can not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing. I AM STLL WAITING TO GET MY NEW UNIT REPAIRED!
