  Paul quickly identified the issue and had our AC up and running again in no time. Our air handler is in a tight, unusual space, so he had to disassemble a few things, but everything was put back together seamlessly when he finished. He was friendly, patient, and very professional throughout the visit. Thank you Paul!

  Our air conditioner stopped working randomly in a Saturday evening and our house became so hot - got up to 76 degrees. I called Comfort Experts and spoke with Alex. He said they can get someone out right away. Within a few minutes Bailey the technician called me and said he was on his way out. Within two minutes (honestly less than that) he knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He was so friendly and made sure everything was working and our house started to cool down before he left! With it being the day before Easter I was worried I wouldn’t find anyone to come out until after the weekend - but the didn’t hesitate to come out asap. If you ever need a friendly, caring, and trustworthy company to come help you with your AC, please give them a call! I’m so happy I found them.

  Mikey was very kind and knowledgeable. We signed up for the membership which is a great deal and gives me the peace of mind I have a great company a call away if we need any AC assistance as we enter the summer months! Also, Comfort Experts sponsored the local Little League, which I always love to see small local business giving back to the community, especially supporting kids.

  I am very pleased with my experience with Comfort Experts! Bailey was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he quickly found and fixed the problem with our air conditioner when it stopped working. He went above and beyond by educating us on preventive maintenance and how to use different features of our HVAC system. I can’t recommend Comfort Experts enough for any and all HVAC needs.

  Our A/C was out for 1 days temp was up to 78 in the house. The current a/c co that we had a service agreement with came out and said the fuse burnt out they put in new fuse which burned out again. They gave me a quote on what needed to be replaced but said they couldn’t guarantee that would fix the problem. Said they were unable to turn a/c on without that part being replaced. Left us with quote for new a/c unit and no a/c working. My son texted Alex at Comfort Experts who he & his wife both know and did the a/c on their new home they’re building. Alex texted him right back saying Bailey would be out between 12-2. He called to let me know he could come sooner so he did. He fixed the problem at more than 1/2 the cost I was quoted and didn’t try selling me a new a/c. Said he could fix the problem so we could have our a/c up & running. He was so kind, very personable & very honest! I enjoyed talking with him. I signed up for their service agreement & cancelled my old one with the other a/c company. I’d definitely recommend Comfort Experts for your A/c needs. They were quick & efficient and took care of our needs immediately! Bailey was great!!!
