  On Feb 25, a tech from another generator service responded to our request to check our liquid cooled Generac as it had stopped working. He spent 3 hrs and told us we needed a new stator, rotor, solenoid and the propane was not properly installed. To do that was going to cost $12000 or for 14000 they would replace it with an air cooled unit. We decided to call your company for a 2nd opinion. Your technician diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Result: rats had chewed on the electric lines. As soon as he fixed the damage the generator started up and is working great. Thank you for responding so rapidly, communicating, and saving us thousands of dollars. Landon did a superb job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We now have a service we can trust.

  The crew(Tristan, Phil, Albert, Alex, Jason, and Brandon) arrived on time and were very efficient in installing my generator. They consulted with me prior to starting and answered all my questions. They minimized the time the power was out which I appreciated. I would recommend Bo’s Electric and this crew.

  The installation guys at Bo’s: Josue, Roberto, and Adam did a fantastic job installing my Generac Power Generator. They were on time, and worked fast and efficient. They make at excellent team. At the end, they explained everything they did and how the Generator works. They all are great assets to the company. Thank you guys for a job well done!

  This is my generator horror story. This company dug the trench for utilities and left the open trench for close to a month. They also nicked 2 of the 4 wires belonging to Duke Energy. When the utilities were finally installed, I had to put sod in which cost $880. Several months went by before enough water had seeped into the nicked wires causing a partial loss of power. A surge took out my Pentair pool interface costing me $2200. I called the company numerous times and never got any comments or help from any senior people.
