  I recently had the A/C unit repaired at my business by AC1 Heating & Cooling and couldn’t be happier with the service. I called AC1 Heating & Cooling and they were able to get a tech over to us right away. The tech Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything up and running quickly. Highly recommend! Thanks again for the help, you guys are a lifesaver.

  I had this company come and install a new AC system a few years ago when they were new. They were happy to have the business. I also hired them back out the following year for all new duct work. A complete system... They also did the maintenance twice a year for a couple years. I was in the attic a few weeks ago and noticed the cold air return plenum fell off the unit and was sucking attic air through the system. I called to schedule a repair and the on call technician said they dont service our area anymore. I offered to pay whatever the cost to get it fixed. The unit was supposed to have a 10 year warranty. I assumed they would stand by their workmanship, but understood there would likely be a charge. I asked the technician to please ask a manager since I am a repeat customer and they install the system and duct work. He stated the manager said there is nothing we can do. I asked him to call me or to give me his number. He said the manager did not want to talk to me since it was a Saturday, even though the tech said he just spoke to him and that he was available. The technician was nice, but his hands were tied by his leadership. I also called Josh, the owner and left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back.

  Ayden was so friendly and helpful.A mouse chewed through our pool heater wires.We had him clean our dryer vent while here.I would definitely use them again.He was very neat and polite.

  Had my dryer vent cleaned. Quick, easy service. Laundry room left looking just as it did before they started. Ayden was friendly, showed me what was removed from the vent, and shared photos of before and after. Next, I will be trying out their AC maintenance services!
