  DO NOT USE FLORIDA LIFTS FOR A NEW ELEVATOR! We signed our contact with Florida Lifts, thru our GC on July 17, 2024 for a new construction home. On Sept 8, 2025 Florida Lifts invoiced our GC for the "PRODUCTION PAYMENT DUE PRIOR TO RELEASING THE ORDER OF ONE RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR FOR FABRICATION" which was promptly paid by our GC. We moved into our new home in Oct 2025 and are still waiting for our elevator to be installed, 3 months later. Every install date comes & goes! Now we find out our elevator is STILL in production...WHY??? They have had our requested payment since early September! Up until very recently, communication between our GC and ANYONE at Florida Lifts has been extremely difficult to non-existent. We have neighbors building new homes that ordered elevators only a few months ago from other elevator companies and they have already had their elevators installed. Something is VERY VERY wrong with the process Florida Lifts has for new elevator clients and their failure to deliver the product you have paid for. Notice the "owner" responds to all good Google reviews (which are mostly for service) and does not respond to the bad reviews involving new orders. But instead of a response, I just want my damn elevator PLEASE!

  We purchased and gut-renovated a 38 year old 'Villa' in Naples, FL. The original hydraulic elevator worked, but was tired, old, and not completely reliable. I was referred to Florida Lifts, LLC who is a dealer for Savaria Elevators. It has been a joy working with the Florida Lifts, LLC team. My initial contact was with Don Couch and Kyle Filer, who did all of the preliminary work to provide a price quote on the new Savaria elevator. I couldn't be more satisfied with the sales process and with Don and Kyle. From there I worked with Christi Comrie, Project Manager for scheduling, coordination, and installation. Christie's communication was excellent and very professional. Our installers, headed by Evan Deck could not have been more skilled, competent, professional, and caring. My wife and I enjoyed having them in our home during installation. Our new Savaria elevator is a huge improvement and the excellent design work performed by Florida Lifts actually resulted in the elevator cab being 35% larger than the old hydraulic elevator.

  Beware of Florida Lifts! They have yet to finish our elevator after 8 months of install. My contractor is frustrated so I called them myself to find out what the issue could be. They would not speak with me at all. There operations manager said in a nasty tone they will not speak to homeowners,call my builder. I believe they don’t have install technicians to complete the job. I can’t be sure because they have not give us an answer on when they will return to finish our work. Florida Lifts has been totally unprofessional with this project.

  If it wasn’t for Christopher Rodriguez setting the appointment and for the excellent troubleshooting by Cory to get our lift working again we would be lost. Can’t express enough of our gratitude for the professionalism and expertise of Corey. Many of his suggestions have helped us from day one. Please recognize Cory for his efforts. You have to be proud to have a such a strong professional representative of Florida Lifts. Sincerel thanks again.

  I've used Florida Lifts since we bought our townhouse in Gulf Stream 4 years ago and have always found them to be knowledgable, easy to deal with and reasonably priced. Recently one of their service mechanics, Benjamin, spend several hours with us sorting out an issue, and really went the extra mile for us in getting things repaired and updated. Thanks You, Benjamin and the Florida Lifts team.
