Update March 21, 2026 — Sara, store manager of the Boynton Beach store, came to my home on Febuary 13, 2026 to review my needs for a new kitchen. She took the time to listen carefully and prepared a 3D design along with budget estimates, ensuring everything aligned with what we had discussed. The kitchen we selected together is beautiful, and I truly appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to respecting my budget.
However, the experience after payment has been disappointing and far more complicated than expected.
The cabinets were installed on March 4, and Empire Stone came to take measurements on March 6. Since then, due to a cracked wine rack and door that needed to be replaced, the project has stalled. Empire Stone refuses to install the countertops as they say they are waiting for the pantry side (which arrived damaged as well) (wine rack) to be completed which was a 2nd order actually. To this day, I still do not have countertops or a functioning sink, leaving me without a usable kitchen.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and coordination has been particularly frustrating. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I received little to no follow-up. I ultimately had to go to the store unannounced just to get clarity and ensure progress.
As I am based in Canada, these delays have forced me to postpone my return, adding unnecessary stress to the situation.
While the design phase was excellent, the post-sale service and project management have not met the same standard. I would have expected a much more proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping me informed throughout the process.
I sincerely hope this situation can be resolved quickly and that the project can be completed to the standard initially promised.
