- LPLinda P4 days ago5.0I highly recommend Twin Eagles Plumbing for your plumbing needs. This is the second time we called Twin Eagles for plumber services . This time was a new water heater. Steve was the repairman. Steve is very polite, knowledgeable, arrived on time. Something extra was needed for our installation, and he checked in with us as it went slightly over our contracted agreement. Removal and cleanup was excellent! Thank you Steve! 😊

They were quick to respond to my call and took the time to clearly explain the pricing and what the job would involve before starting. The plumber- Sam who came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The installation was done efficiently and everything was explained clearly once the job was finished. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. Highly recommend.

It’s been over a month and a half, and I haven’t heard anything from them at all. No responses to my text messages or voicemails. The technician tried his best. I am just not sure if he was capable. The owner or manager or whoever I spoke to assured me that someone would come back and check things out and I’ve had nothing but guest complaints since. and I tried to get in touch with him and I have not been able to reach anyone mind you, I was in an accident, hence my delay in reposting this review. but no one has emailed me or called me about making things right. Paid $850 for a job that was done extremely poorly, with heart but very poorly.
