  Words cannot express how grateful we are for the Tile work carried out by "Smart Floors of Naples" The job was was carried beyond our expectations and in a timely manner. The owner "Don" is a remarkable guy and very honest and has an organized company and professional crew. The job was almost complete but he was not completely happy with the work so he had it all redone without us even complaining and to be honest we were happy with the original work however Don the owner being a perfectionist and the most honest man I have met in my life had it all torn out and done to excellence. Perfectionist is an understatement. YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL TEAM OF TILING CREW THAN DON AND HIS TEAM AT "SMART FLOORS" They are calling me even after 10 days of completing the job to make sure we were fully satisfied and the job site was left immaculately clean. Best contractor and professional we have dealt with over the years in various states ! My family and I have never encountered a contractor like Don. He is knowledgeable and above all very honest and cares for his profession and his customers like no other. A conscientious man for sure. THANK YOU DON. YOU ARE SIMPLY PUT A TRUE MAN OF YOUR WORD. Highly recommend this company and the owner is remarkable with an outstanding polite and professional service of utmost quality. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule also!

  if I could give a 100+ star review I would! Fantastic experience with Smart Floors from beginning to end. I met Randy as he was doing work on a neighbor's condo. So easy to work with, very thorough and knowledgeable. Randy was able to provide a detailed quote that same evening. We went to store to meet with Olga a few days later. She found the most perfect flooring at an unbelievable price. Order process was seemless. Installers (father/son) showed up on time and did an incredible job!!! Wonderful communication throughout the entire process. I really can't tell you how happy we are with the complete process and finished job. Going back for backsplash very soon. I highly recommend this company to anyone. thanks for everything Smart Floor team.

  The only place in SWFL I will go for tile, wood, vinyl, or any type of flooring. Olga and Randy are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Amazing selection at unbeatable prices!! Best flooring showroom in Naples hands down
