  Words cannot express how grateful we are for the Tile work carried out by "Smart Floors of Naples" The job was was carried beyond our expectations and in a timely manner. The owner "Don" is a remarkable guy and very honest and has an organized company and professional crew. The job was almost complete but he was not completely happy with the work so he had it all redone without us even complaining and to be honest we were happy with the original work however Don the owner being a perfectionist and the most honest man I have met in my life had it all torn out and done to excellence. Perfectionist is an understatement. YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL TEAM OF TILING CREW THAN DON AND HIS TEAM AT "SMART FLOORS" They are calling me even after 10 days of completing the job to make sure we were fully satisfied and the job site was left immaculately clean. Best contractor and professional we have dealt with over the years in various states ! My family and I have never encountered a contractor like Don. He is knowledgeable and above all very honest and cares for his profession and his customers like no other. A conscientious man for sure. THANK YOU DON. YOU ARE SIMPLY PUT A TRUE MAN OF YOUR WORD. Highly recommend this company and the owner is remarkable with an outstanding polite and professional service of utmost quality. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule also!

  They did a fantastic job on our LVP installation. They have amazing customer service and were able to get the floors done significantly faster than any other company quoted us.

  Start Smart ! From walking in and working with Randy to scheduling with Brian they were a pleasure to work. Olga and Tim were there to answer any questions as well. They delivered from sales to installation. It’s nice to see a credible and courteous business like this one. The best of the best was the installation. Tremendous craftsmanship from Bartolo and Ricardo. They were meticulous and clean. Two of the most respectful hard working gentlemen you’d want in your home. I would highly recommend Smart Floors - Naples.
