- KDKevin DalyApr 8, 20265.0I recently needed to have my evaporator coil replaced. My A/C unit is 8.5 years old. Unfortunately, the replacement part was not readily available, but through the diligent efforts of Roxanne, the office manager, one was located, picked up, and installed as quickly as possible. In addition, the installation done by Victor was very professional. He answered all my questions, provided valuable advice, and I believe did a top notch job. As this was a warranty item, since I had the extended 10 year parts and labour warranty, it was completely covered. I recommend this warranty to anyone getting a new install. Also, technically, there is an administrative cost when a warranty item is processed and the refrigerant needed when recharging the system, after the repair is done, is not covered. However, Roxanne, because I had had to wait for the part for about a week, talked to the owner, and they felt it fair to not charge me anything. This is another example I of why I have been a customer of Comfort Control for over 10 years. I continue to use their bi-annual maintenance service, and would highly recommend them.
