  I referred a client to them and she was very happy with the work. She is not always the easiest to please so I was worried, but they came through with flying colors. Highly recommended.

  Excellent communication throughout the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Phil, Doug, Katie and everyone at Classic Floors and Countertops. We had a very small window of time to complete our renovation and they met our timeline and exceeded our expectations. This is a top-notch, first-class, professional company.   made appointment for rep to come to house, i took off of work, they never showed up. i called and they said they would look into it..desparately needing floors and cabinets i stop at the showroom on saturday morning (11am)..lights on doors were lock and myself and 3 other customers standing outside, still no answer on the phone standing out in parking lot..clearly suppose to be open until 2pm. perplexed by the customer service..sure hope they're okay but wonder if they would ever show up to do the work
