  Blake, Preston, and Jay came to restore our building after a leak, and not only do they go above and beyond in their duties and tasks, but they do it with a smile and a kind word. Dealing with a high level clean up is an arduous task, and those three have made this process as painless as possible. Life savers!!!!

  I am having a difficult time not praying God's wrath down on Blue Team. I had to be away for three weeks. These supposed pros failed to connect my fridge, Oops, they forgot. Hundreds of dollars of food gone. Cleaning supplies under sink gone. Ok. Replaceable. Gone are little silver forks, replaced at a cost to me. They went thru my personal things. Now I find that a fur vest is gone. The worst is a Sargadelo vase is gone. They had to go thru a storage box, dig thru it. It is replaceable, if I had a thousand dollars to fly to Spain to buy another one. I'm crushed. Now a year later, I am still recovering from the disastrous tag team of Hurricane Helene and Blue Team. I called your company as requested in your response to my post. I left a message with my name and phone number. The work was done in my studio in Freedom Square. I was kept away for three weeks. Upon my return, two girls were cleaning or painting the baseboards near the door. Two men were in the kitchen, one telling the other how to install the faucet. Two others were trying to install the blinds. Another trying to fix a hole in wall. (Where do you get these people? At Home Depot's parking lot?) Other residents in larger units were kept away only ten days or two weeks. Why my teeny unit for three weeks? I spoke with them. They confided that they too suffered loses. The very elderly were too afraid to report to management. What would I have you do? Pay for my trip to Spain. I don't need to go to the factory store in Galicia as Sargadelos are sold throughout the country. BTW, I'm a Gallega.
