When we finally chose our granite, Dido installed our kitchen and two bathrooms granite with new sinks and hardware in one day! They were very detailed and did exactly what we wanted! It looks amazing and we are so happy we chose Sal’s!
- DSDebra SSep 21, 20173.0At the beginning I was very happy with the company. They worked well with us, and provided some good information. Although I felt at times they were not clear on the price. He would give me one quote but write up another. The installation went well, but we had a few concerns regarding the granite. After installation I called several times and was always told that they would look at the schedule and get back to me. Never once did I hear back from them. The granite in our bathroom looks like it was never polished or sealed. If it was it was poorly odone. The granite in our kitchen was reinforced with three steel brackets, but the bottom cabinet is splitting. We now have to go outside of the original company, and pay to have these things fixed. It has been a very frustrating journey with this company. The beginning was great, but their customer service became a nightmare.
