- RGrick gecoApr 4, 20261.0Horrible customer service experience. I call the center that I have rented from in the past to reserve a truck which is 45 minutes from my shop. I get there and they said the truck rental location has changed and its by the airport 40 minutes away. Why would someone take a reservation at the specific place I called and not say the rental is in another location? I wasted an hr there and now another 49 minutes then another 45 after that to get back where the truck is needed. I get to the 2nd location and told the guy what happened and he chuckles. Another poor CS experience. Why would you laugh when you know that is not a fun start to the day and the company you worked for made a bad mistake. Alao that location by the airport looks bad. The landscape has weeds taller than the plant material and beds just covered in them with grass to tall to walk through.
- CCCaio CesarOct 27, 20255.0Guys from credit are understaffed, extremely LAZY, slow and not, nothing, not even a lil helpful… this ones should be fired… they took me almost 5 days to rent a truck… But, in the other hand CAT IS ONE OF THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE I’VE EVER MET IN MY WHOLE LIFE… extremely helpful!! She should be promoted!!!! If it wasn’t for her and Rick ( Orlando Store ), I’d probably be tryna rent the truck by now, man 🤦🏻♂️
