- SSsara smithNov 14, 20251.0Beware. Man did our well without asking in 2024. We needed it done in an emergency so we didn't protest - but after a year and a half of our well not quite working right, it went out completely this time after some flash floods, and the next person who came to do work noticed that the pump had a hole in it and was from 2022, meaning it was 2 years old and not new when it was installed. When my husband called about the issues with the well, the man sounded very uneducated about all the bits and pieces it could be - he continually asked whether there was power to the well. "Is there power? 240 volts? You used a meter? and the meter worked? 240 volts?" ...Come to find out, we had way more issues going on that were just exacerbated by the poor repair job done a year and a half ago, so on top of the $2200 we paid for this service, we're out another $3600 for proper service. In THIS economy?! Wish us luck we don't go homeless!

They charged us $100.00. I was completely disgusted by their lack of empathy. Will never call they are money hungry.

I should have done my research. They replaced a pressure switch on my well which was a $25 part, took less than 1/2 to fix and charged me $185. Charlie and Chuck were nice enough but that was an expensive service call!
