ACR has taken our account and I was quite pleased and impressed with the thoroughness and efficiency of Ryan, our technician today. He cleaned and tuned up both units and they are working perfectly. We would highly recommend ACR to friends and neighbors.

He was able to isolat the problem to a circuit breaker which I purchased and replaced. (AC techs are permitted to access the main breaker box to replace breakers) I've had other AC repairs in years past, most, if not all were more expensive. ACR is now my AC goto for repair or replacement Thanks to Jonathon's Honesty/Skills ACR did good on Jonathon's hire!!

But when this does happen, it's good to have a company that is fast, reliable, and knowledgeable to get that system back up and running. ACR is that company that I trust to take care of my system. I've had ACR come out before for a different issue and I could not be happier with the service provided by these people. Angie was an absolute delight helping me schedule a technician to come out. She was so polite, friendly, and kept me informed of my upcoming service. Charles was the technician who came out and diagnosed the issue with the system on the first visit. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quickly began the repairs. Due to the issue with our system, it took 2 visits to fix the problem, and I'm glad that Charles came back out to finish the work. The quality of his repair was exceptional and I can't say enough good things. Thank you Angie and Charles! I will not hesitate to call ACR in the future if I ever need them again!
- AMAdriana MNov 10, 20251.0On 11/5/25 around 2pm my boyfriend went inside to inquire about filling out an application. While he was there he told me he overheard a female employee saying “go back where you came from” and “learn to speak English” after hanging up from a phone call. My boyfriend said all the person on the other line was asking for was someone who spoke Spanish. Not really a good look lol. Just letting everyone know the type of people they employ. And I’m assuming that the employees share similar ideals given everyone in the office could hear her. Apopka is pretty Hispanic-dominated so it’s kind of ironic.

Remo came out and diagnosed the problem right away And had me fixed up in no time. He was informative, kind, and professional And did an awesome job! No shortcuts with Remo - He made sure everything was perfect before he left and that I was satisfied with the job and the price. I won’t go anywhere else from here forward!
