I called to cancel the service and was told there are no refunds. So I have used them for 5 months out of 12 and they believe it is OK and legal to keep the other 7 months without having to perform any service!!! Be Very Careful before you sign onto anything with this company! Maybe its me but a Veteran owned company should not be taking advantage of people especially fellow disabled veterans. Being a small company should provide the ability to write a policy that is more customer focused. Having a policy that pro-rates the cost if a home owner has to move and sell without full use of policy would be more reasonable.

How much salt does my system need?
Home water softening systems only require enough salt to perform a regeneration cycle. We recommend filling the salt bin to no more than half its capacity to avoid salt bridging. It's important to understand that the amount of salt does not affect water cleanliness. The salt's main purpose is to clean the resin that softens the water during the regeneration process.
How does a water softener work?
Contrary to popular belief, salt itself doesn't soften water. Home water softener systems use negatively charged ion exchange resin beads to filter out hard water minerals. These resin beads become charged when combined with a sodium or potassium solution. During the softening process, the resin collects and removes hardness from your water. Why is there water in my salt tank?
The presence of water in your salt tank is normal and expected. This water, known as brine, is part of the system's self-regulating process. Can i adjust my water if it feels too soft?
It's not possible to adjust the softness of your water. The water softening process removes minerals to a specific degree, resulting in consistently soft water. Home water softener systems are designed to remove minerals to the optimal level for household use.
How often is my system serviced with Titan Care?
Every 8 week salt service, system check, Annual brine bin cleaning (upon request), Annual water test (upon request), and is the warranty on parts and labor.
There are no filters that need changed on our system.
