Everything was well organized from the moment we walked in to tour the homes, to the resolution of all the issues noted by the inspection company after the 1-year mark. While I understand how homes are built these days, regardless of the builder or price point, the Richmond American team truly showed that they care about their homeowners. Even contractors from other companies working around the house have noticed the extra effort our builder put into various aspects during construction of our house. Many thanks to Brian and Renee for their support, assistance, and for resolving all the issues we encountered!
