Thank you Moses and Caden. Pricing was very reasonable, service was prompt and professional. They also offer a $100 referral bonus. (My initial review incorrectly thought they provided a monetary benefit for a review, which they do not).

I’m genuinely confused by how this company has so many positive reviews, especially since many appear to be edited later to five stars. It seems likely customers are asked to revise their reviews after posting.
Our experience has been extremely disappointing. We contacted Titan Water Solutions as early as day two after installation due to ongoing issues. Instead of support, we were met with a very argumentative attitude and a rigid “we know best” approach, with no real effort to address our concerns.
Since installation, there has been consistent buildup and residue, and we have noticed no improvement in our water quality. The maintenance plan is essentially useless — they do not provide enough salt to properly maintain the system. When we asked about adding more salt ourselves, we were told it would void the maintenance plan, which leaves us stuck with poor water quality and no solution.
Overall, the system has not performed as promised, and the customer service has been just as frustrating. This has been a very disappointing purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions About Titan Water Solutions
What is soft water?
Soft water is water that has been treated to remove minerals like calcium and magnesium, which are naturally present in hard water. Titan Water Systems process water as it enters your home, eliminating these hard minerals before the water flows through your pipes and appliances. Generally, soft water contains less than 1 grain per gallon (gpg) of hardness minerals, while hard water typically has 3.5-7 gpg. Our whole-home water filtration systems offer both water softening and conditioning, ensuring the highest quality water for all household uses.
Why does soft water make me feel slippery?
The slippery sensation you experience with soft water is actually the feeling of truly clean skin. A Titan water system removes impurities, leaving no mineral residue on your skin that could trap soap, dead skin cells, or other particles. This lack of residue also helps prevent skin dryness. Soft water allows soaps to lather more effectively and rinse off completely, similar to how it prevents water spots on dishes. As a result, you may find that you need less soap for the same cleaning effect. Contact us to learn more about the benefits of our home water softener systems.
How much salt does my system need?
Home water softening systems only require enough salt to perform a regeneration cycle. We recommend filling the salt bin to no more than half its capacity to avoid salt bridging. It's important to understand that the amount of salt does not affect water cleanliness. The salt's main purpose is to clean the resin that softens the water during the regeneration process.
How does a water softener work?
Contrary to popular belief, salt itself doesn't soften water. Home water softener systems use negatively charged ion exchange resin beads to filter out hard water minerals. These resin beads become charged when combined with a sodium or potassium solution. During the softening process, the resin collects and removes hardness from your water. The Titan Water System not only softens water but also eliminates chlorine taste and odors often found in municipally treated water. The term 'regeneration' refers to the process of cleaning and recharging the resin with the sodium solution.
Can i drink my tap water after it's filtered?
Yes, you can safely consume your tap water after it has been processed by your Titan Water System. Our system not only softens the water but also removes unpleasant odors, tastes, and chemicals, resulting in water quality comparable to bottled water. Please reach out to us for more information about our high-quality home water filtration systems.
Why is there water in my salt tank?
The presence of water in your salt tank is normal and expected. This water, known as brine, is part of the system's self-regulating process. The water filtration system is designed to maintain the appropriate amount of water in the brine tank. However, if you suspect a leak, please don't hesitate to contact Titan Water Solutions for assistance.
Can i adjust my water if it feels too soft?
It's not possible to adjust the softness of your water. The water softening process removes minerals to a specific degree, resulting in consistently soft water. Home water softener systems are designed to remove minerals to the optimal level for household use.
How often is my system serviced with Titan Care?
Titan Care provides a bimonthly service schedule. Our technicians visit every other month to replenish your salt supply and conduct a thorough system check to ensure optimal performance of your water filtration system.
What is the pink slime in by bathroom?
The pink or orange slime you're seeing is an airborne bacteria called Serratia marcescens. For more detailed information about S. marcescens, you can visit: https://mytapscore.com/blogs/tips-for-taps/what-is-the-pink-slime-in-my-bathroom
What does it mean if my water smells?
Unpleasant water odors are common in Florida for various reasons. While it's easy to assume water quality is the cause, the issue isn't always with the water itself. To determine whether the problem lies with the water or the drains, there's a simple test. Unlike well systems where sulfur is often the culprit, city water is heavily treated with chemicals like chlorine and chloramine, which eliminate sulfur bacteria. The most frequent cause of odor is actually the drains. For instance, a sewage smell that dissipates after about 30 seconds when you turn on the water is often due to the drain line using an S-trap, which doesn't vent sewer gas through the roof. Contact us to learn how our water filtration systems can improve your water quality.
What is soft water and how does Titan Water Solutions provide it?
Soft water is water treated to remove minerals like calcium and magnesium, reducing hardness. Titan Water Systems process water entering your home to eliminate these minerals, providing high quality soft water.
Why does soft water feel slippery when I use it?
The slippery sensation is due to the removal of mineral residues that trap soap and particles. Soft water allows soap to lather and rinse better, leaving skin feeling clean and less dry.
How does the water softener system at Titan Water Solutions work?
